Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Daily caseload of 10; inpatient/outpatient echo lab providing neonate through geriatric patient coverage 3. Certifications: ARDMS, ARDMS RDCS AE, ARDMS RDCS PE, BLS required; OBMI certification required prior to start date; copies of all certifications must be sent 4. License: Pending state license accepted case by case 5. Education: Area of study, city/state of institution, and type of degree required for all degrees earned 6. EMR: Epic experience strongly preferred, especially for RNs; willing to consider no Epic experience for difficult to fill positions 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 shifts, 0700-1730; on-call required 0730-0700 rotating days and some weekends; rotating weekends every 4th with some flexibility 8. RTO: 7 total days maximum in 13 week assignment 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 75 mile radius rule; locals not accepted; map directions from permanent address to facility required at submission 11. Background: 7 years work history required (8/2015-present) including PTO, medical leave, non-clinical work, schooling 12. Modules: Non-billable if completed within first 8 hours of orientation; vary by specialty; required annually 13. Travel Experience: First time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: Philips Epiq Machines, Epic EMR, Merge Pacs Critical: Two references from last year required with one manager reference from 1/2022-present. Zero 30+ day employment gaps allowed.
