- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1.5-2 years required; 2 years RN experience required 2. Cases: Diagnostic and interventional cardiology, endovascular peripheral intervention; preferred: Electrophysiology Lab, Interventional Radiology 3. Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, ARRT required; ARRT CI preferred; BLS, ACLS, PALS must be via American Heart Association if required 4. License: WV OR COMPACT LICENSE required; pending license acceptable; RT license required in WV to run fluoro machines; WV Medical Imaging License required 5. Education: Graduate of approved School of Radiologic Technology; registered by A.R.R.T., R.T.(R) required 6. EMR: Cerner 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days 7a-5:30p or 5x8 7:30a-4:00p; call required 1 weekday, 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks including holidays 8. RTO: Should be included on application at time of submittal 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees cannot return as travelers for 2 years after last date worked permanent; current Vandalia Health System employees not eligible for travel contracts 10. Travel/Local: Must have permanent address greater than 100 miles from facility; facility will consider 75-100 miles case-by-case with same rate 11. Background: Any previous probationary actions on license considered case-by-case 12. Modules: 8 hours average, non-billable, completed prior to start, not included in 16 NBO hours 13. Travel Experience: Required 14. Scrubs: Provided by facility 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Siemens equipment, PACS, various cardiac cath lab equipment Critical: Minimum 2 manager/charge references within past 2 years required. Full file due noon Monday prior to start.
