- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Daily caseload of 10; inpatient/outpatient echo lab providing neonate through geriatric patient coverage 3. Certifications: ARDMS, ARDMS RDCS AE, ARDMS RDCS PE, BLS required; OBMI certification required prior to start date; copies of all certifications required at submission 4. License: Pending state license accepted case by case; proof of address required for local radius verification 5. Education: Area of study, city/state of institution, and type of degree required for all degrees earned; 7 years work history required (8/2015-present) 6. EMR: Epic experience required; strongly preferred especially for RNs; willing to consider no Epic experience for difficult to fill positions 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 shifts 0700-1730; on-call required 0730-0700 rotating days and some weekends 8. RTO: 7 total days maximum in 13-week assignment 9. Returning Staff: Two references from last year required with zero 30+ day employment gaps; one manager reference from 1/2022-present required 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals not accepted; map directions from permanent address to facility required 11. Background: Candidates who cancel with less than 14 days notice entered as system DNR 12. Modules: Non-billable if completed within first 8 hours of orientation; vary by specialty; required annually 13. Travel Experience: First time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: Philips Epiq Machines, Epic EMR, Merge Pacs Critical: No floating within scope or to sister facilities. Rotating weekends every 4th with flexibility.
