- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: C/Births, PPTL-Post partum tubal ligations, D and C, Cerclage placement and removal, waterbirth 3. Certifications: BLS, NRP required; AWHONN Intermediate, FHM, Advanced NRP also listed; copies required at submission 4. License: MN license required (license in hand preferred, otherwise must apply through Aya project at offer acceptance) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic (Excellian) experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; no on-call; will float to post partum 8. RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 3 months from last shift worked as permanent staff or per diem 10. Travel/Local: 100 mile radius required; locals not accepted (except Radiology positions) 11. Background: Cannot proceed if open case; all hits reviewed during compliance; fingerprinting required with LiveScan 12. Modules: Pre-start modules required (8 hours average, $150 stipend); onsite Epic/Excellian classes billable 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Provided by the unit 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
