- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission 2. Cases: Acute Hospital OR, Ear/Nose/Throat, General, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Plastics, Urology, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Robotics, Transplant, Vascular, Dental, Endoscopy, Laparoscopic, Ortho/Total joints, and additional sterile processing procedures 3. Certifications: CBSPD, IAHCSMM/HSPA required; either specialty cert accepted 4. License: OR license required; can submit with it pending 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Block schedule required; includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; no on-call required; no floating between units; position does not float 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; anything beyond 6 days may delay offer pending client approval; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day); all RTO must be requested upfront at time of submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months required between permanent and travel; must disclose any prior Providence facility work (location and dates) at submission 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower bill rate; must have a vehicle for this assignment; travelers may be expected to float to sister facilities nearby 11.
