- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; acute care experience highly preferred 2. Cases: Bedside swallow evaluations and treatments required; dysphagia/swallowing focus; video fluoroscopy swallow evaluation experience preferred; MBS experience not required but preferred; patient diagnoses include TBI, stroke, COPD, CHF, pneumonia, COVID, general surgical procedures, neoplasms, cardiac conditions, tracheotomies/speaking valves 3. Certifications: BLS and CCC-SLP required; MN State License required; pending license not accepted 4. License: MN State License required; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic (charting system experience preferred) 7. Shifts/Call: 5 8-hour shifts; 8:00-16:30; every 5th weekend (both Saturday and Sunday) required; on-call TBD on unit requirements; float within scope TBD 8. RTO: Finalized RTO must be included with submission; no RTO within first week of start date; no more than 10 days of RTO per assignment 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
