- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Floor care, ER, code response, Rapid Response; PREFERRED: Pediatrics, Adolescents; Facility includes Level 4 NICU, Medical ICU, Cardiac ICU, PICU 3. Certifications: ACLS (required), BLS, PALS (required), RRT; must be in hand at submission 4. License: Valid Washington State RN or Compact license required at time of submission; Valid Allied license in hand required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; block schedules required; position floats between units; on-call not required; travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities — refusal may result in termination and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours; 48-hour shifts approved 8. RTO: ALL RTO must be listed at time of submittal; post-submission RTO will NOT be approved; inflexibility beyond contracted schedule and/or RTO may lead to termination and system DNR 9. Returning Staff: Return Providence Staff must wait 3 months before submitting as traveler; must disclose any previous work at a Providence facility (permanent, travel, or registry/per-diem) including location and dates 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile local radius; locals accepted at a lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
