- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of Level III NICU required minimum 2. Cases: 22 weeks and greater gestation, Feeding immaturity, BPD, NOWS, Hyperbilirubinemia, ROP exams; no surgeries, ostomies, or trachs 3. Certifications: BCLS/BLS and NRP required; must be in hand at time of submittal 4. License: WA RN or Compact RN required for RN jobs; must notify of any Nursys hits at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule; float required to Family Maternity Center/Postpartum (babies only); clinician can be called off for 1 twelve-hour shift per 2-week period; all travelers expected to float between like units 8. RTO: 5 days (Aya and Client); anything over 5 days may delay offer pending client approval; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day); include all RTO at time of submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3-month rule to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; no locals accepted 11. Background: Notify of background or Nursys hits at time of submittal; can submit with hits but must present to client for written approval 12. Modules: Non-billable; average 16 hours; over 20 hours requires PM approval; completed pre-start and annually; self-reported and recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Required 14. Scrubs: Any color; no reddish orange permitted 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Conventional Ventilator, High Frequency Oscillator, High Frequency Jet, Bubble CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, Nasal Cannula Critical: 1 submittal per facility. 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years required prior to start; can include Charge RNs/Leads. Previous Charge experience preferred. Orientation is 24 hours. Parking is facility paid.
