- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; 3+ years preferred 2. Cases: Pediatrics experience required 3. Certifications: RRT required (cannot accept CRT) 4. License: TN license required at time of submission; active RN license in state or compact RN license complying with NLC guidelines 5. Education: BSN required for Le Bonheur Children's, Methodist Rheumatology, and Float Pool positions; ADN accepted for all other positions 6. EMR: EPIC experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Night shifts; weekend coverage as needed; must work 2 of 3 holidays if Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's fall during assignment, or 1 of 2 if only 2 holidays fall during assignment 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission; RTO sent after offer will NOT be sent to facility for approval 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent staff must be separated for at least 1 year; former travelers who worked full year assignment must be away for 1 full year before returning 10. Travel/Local: 100 miles local radius rule; locals not accepted; must have completed at least 1 prior travel assignment 11. Background: Driver's license must be included with submission 12.
