Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2+ years of high acuity Med Surg Tele level or higher required; must meet experience requirements within the 3 most recent years with at least 1 year of current specialty experience for clinical pass 2. Cases: Oncology experience preferred but not required; floating to BMT, Acute Leukemia, Hematology, Medical Oncology, PCU Oncology, Gynecological Oncology, Urology, Colorectal, Surgical Oncology, Corrections Healthcare 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; OCN and ONS/ONCC preferred 4. License: Valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 12D/N rotating contract with days, nights, or combination based on department needs; self-schedule requests; weekends vary based on staffing needs 8. RTO: RTO required with submission and must be built into contract; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible after 6+ months away; current employees ineligible 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; previous travel experience required 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 100 orientation hours; first week Mon-Fri dayshift, five shifts bedside orientation weeks 2-3 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15.
