Experience: Minimum 2+ years of high acuity Med Surg Tele level or higher required; acute care experience must be current/today and working consistently in the last 12 months in the specialty applying for — HARD STOP, do not pass without meeting this requirement 2. Cases: Oncology experience preferred but not required; units include BMT, Acute Leukemia, Hematology, Medical Oncology, PCU Oncology, Gynecological Oncology, Urology, Colorectal Surgical Oncology, Corrections Healthcare; heavy focus on infection prevention protocols and patient falls 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; OCN and ONS/ONCC listed (asterisked) 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Day/Night or Night rotating available; if accepting D/N rotating contract, may be scheduled days, nights, or combination based on department needs; shift assignments reviewed every 4-week scheduling period; first week of orientation is Mon-Fri day shift; five shifts of bedside orientation between weeks 2 and 3, then independent; staffing ratios — PCU 1:3 (can be 1:4 with mixed acuity), M/S Tele ideally 1:4 (can be 1:5) 8.
