Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; minimum 5 years outpatient hand therapy setting experience 2. Cases: Post-operative cases, acute injuries, chronic conditions, workers compensation cases, chronic disorders 3. Certifications: BLS required; CHT preferred but not required; must be AHA and in hand at time of submittal 4. License: CA OT license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required/preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Block scheduling, 1:1 patient ratios days, weekend shifts as needed (1st-2nd Saturday or 3rd-4th Saturday), schedule shifts from M-F to T-Sa 8. RTO: Only one holiday approved, no pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile travel requirement; locals accepted at lower rate 11.
