Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2-3 years required 2. Cases: All aspects of RT including patient assessment and education, invasive and non-invasive ventilation, ABG collection and analysis, CPR, inhaled medication administration, complex oxygen therapy, airway clearance and inflation techniques, bedside spirometry; includes NICU bCPAP, HFNC, mechanical vents for neonates over 30 weeks gestational age 3. Certifications: ACLS, CRT/CRTT, NRP, PALS, RRT required; certification type (AHA or otherwise) not specified 4. License: Pending State License accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic (Excellian) preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 6:45p-7:15a; on-call not required; will float between Mercy Coon Rapids and Mercy Unity campuses; every other weekend maximum, potentially every third; no floating within scope to meet facility needs outside of sister facility floating 8.
