- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required; first-timers not accepted; previous travel experience required 2. Cases: Acute, trauma, ED, and Critical Care required; NICU and Peds Critical Care highly preferred 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, RRT required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (confirm at submission) 4. License: Pending license accepted; candidate must submit proof of address and directions from facility to legal address 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Block schedule; on-call is voluntary; must float to all 4 campus locations (Bend, Redmond, Prineville, Madras); weekend coverage required — minimum every other weekend, may include more based on operational need 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days; only one pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
