- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of acute, inpatient, hospital case management experience in the last 5 years required; hard stop minimum of 1 year inpatient case management in the last 5 years; experience only in UM/UR will not be accepted; must have case management experience in direct patient care coordination 2. Cases: RN case management for adult inpatient, ED, and pediatric inpatient units; inpatient medical/surgical/ED/pediatric experience required 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required 4. License: Pending license accepted; application must be submitted and received by licensing board to qualify for the 90-day license exemption 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic highly preferred; charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s; start dates on Tuesdays; variable weekends; up to one weekend shift per pay period; no on-call required; float within scope to adult inpatient, ED, and Peds; block schedule possible by request; 40 guaranteed hours per week 8.
