- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 4 years required; first-timers not accepted 2. Cases: PICU, NICU, and Adult ICU experience preferred; PICU experience is a hard stop requirement; Trauma Level II required; patient diagnoses include Respiratory Therapy, Level 2 ER/PICU/NICU, CCU, Floor Therapy, High Acuity Population 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CRT, NRP, PALS, RRT (RRT or CRT accepted); copies required at submission 4. License: AK license required prior to starting; compact license accepted at time of submittal for Acute specialties 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner required 7. Shifts/Call: Nights with possibility to fill day shifts; 1:4 ratio; every other weekend required; no on-call required; guaranteed up to 36 hours (OR nurses/techs on 12-hour shifts scheduled 40 hours); clinician may float to CCU, Flex Unit, SDU, PEDS, PICU, PCU, FBS 8. RTO: N/A; one pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12.
