Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Travel experience required; outpatient clinic and acute care experience required; first-time travelers not accepted 2. Cases: Outpatient and acute care; primarily outpatient; monthly weekend coverage in acute setting 3. Certifications: BLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (ARRT(R) also listed); copies required at submission 4. License: Virginia Physical Therapy license required; does not need to be in hand at submittal, can apply immediately upon offer 5. Education: DPT or Master's degree required 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s, M-F, 9a-5:30p; 4x10 available by request (8:00-16:00, M-F, one random day off); weekend coverage once per month in acute setting; facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks; may be required to work one holiday per 13-week contract (in rotation with staff) 8. RTO: ALL requests must be included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted; radius rule criteria referenced in submittal instructions 11.
