Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Travel experience required; outpatient clinic and acute care experience required; first-time travelers not accepted 2. Cases: Outpatient and acute care; primarily outpatient; monthly weekend coverage in acute setting 3. Certifications: BLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (implied by BLS requirement) 4. License: Virginia Physical Therapy license required; does not need to be in hand at submittal, can apply immediately upon offer 5. Education: DPT or Master's degree required 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s, Monday-Friday, 9a-5:30p; weekend coverage once per month in acute setting; facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks; may be required to work one holiday per 13-week contract in rotation with staff 8.
