- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required; general experience is 18 months if not listed otherwise in job description 2. Cases: Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, ER, ICU, NICU, Operating Room; fluoroscopy and portable imaging included; extensive X-Ray skills required across abdomen/GI, chest/thorax, head, spine/pelvis, upper and lower extremities, and mobile/surgical settings; Level I Trauma experience preferred 3. Certifications: ARRT (R) and BLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross only — RQI cards not accepted; copies required per job/unit description 4. License: Active IL RN license required in hand at time of submission; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred; position specific — confirm via job post details 7. Shifts/Call: 3rd shift/nights, 3x12s (1830-0700 or 1900-0730); every 3rd weekend required; on-call required as needed; holidays required; candidate must work 2 out of 3 major holidays; client may call off up to 36 hours per 13-week assignment without pay; excess cancellations are billable 8. RTO: Auto-approved for 5 or fewer non-holiday days; anything more requires facility approval; candidate must work 2 out of 3 major holidays; RTO and start date must be confirmed accurate at submission 9. Returning Staff: Previous perm/PRN candidates must be separated for 12 months before applying as a traveler 10. Travel/Local: No radius restriction; locals accepted for this unit; OR RN specialty requires 50+ miles (does not apply here); floating required within hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby 11. Background: Any background check hits must be noted upon submission so approval can be sought prior to offer 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 16 hours; completed pre-start and renewed annually; non-clinical hours are fixed, clinical module hours may vary; first day is a virtual at-home day — candidates must check for additional modules by 4PM CST on Day 1; module logins assigned and sent prior to start; strict deadlines — candidates will be pushed if not completed on time 13.
