Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Not specified 3. Certifications: ARRT R, BLS required in hand; ACLS required in hand; pending NIHSS cert accepted (must get during compliance) 4. License: WI in hand required (ETA 4-6 weeks); Wisconsin/compact license pending accepted (must get during compliance) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required; Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Nights 7 on/7 off Wednesday to Tuesday; call on rotation dependent on staffing; holiday rotation 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off; RTO required upon submission 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius for locals; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Background hits accepted on case by case basis 12. Modules: 3-4 hours average, non-billable if completed within first 8 hours of orientation; recorded via facility report 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required; first time travelers not accepted 14.
