- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: 3-D Mammography, Diagnostic Mammograms, Digital Mammography, Digital Quality Assurance Procedures, Fine Needle Aspiration, Needle Localizations, Screening Mammograms, Stereotactic Biopsy; GE equipment experience listed 3. Certifications: ARRT(M), ARRT(R), BLS, ACLS required; NIHSS cert pending accepted (must obtain during compliance); all must be in hand 4. License: State license required (Wisconsin/compact); ETA 6 weeks; pending accepted (must obtain during compliance) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required per job requirements; noted as preferred in additional notes 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s; willing to accommodate 4x10s; no call; no holidays 8. RTO: One pre-approved RTO; must be submitted upon submission 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year before returning as a traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius for locals; locals accepted at lower bill rate; please highlight if traveler is local 11. Background: Hits accepted on a case-by-case basis 12.
