- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required; 3-4 years in neurovascular preferred 2. Cases: Intracranial thrombectomies, flow diversions, aneurysm coiling, AVM embolization, MMA embolization, carotid stenting, intracranial aneurysms, intracranial AVMs, carotid stenosis, intracranial large vessel occlusions, Kyphoplasty, hybrid intracranial aneurysm clippings 3. Certifications: ARRT R and BLS required; ARRT VI preferred; must be on hand at submission 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; Pyxis also used on unit 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10, 0630-1700; call requirement of 1 night weekly and every 4th weekend; weekends consist of Fri 5p-Mon 6:30a 8. RTO: RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite; any call-offs or additional RTO could result in a cancel and DNR; one pre-approved RTO noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted; rate difference applies; first-time travelers accepted if experienced 11. Background: Not specified 12. Community Hospital and Trauma Level II experience required. Patient ratio is 1:1.
