- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required; 3-4 years in neurovascular preferred 2. Cases: Intracranial thrombectomies, flow diversions, aneurysm coiling, AVM embolization, MMA embolization, carotid stenting, intracranial aneurysms, intracranial AVMs, carotid stenosis, intracranial large vessel occlusions, Kyphoplasty, hybrid intracranial aneurysm clippings 3. Certifications: ARRT R and BLS required; ARRT VI preferred; must be on hand at submission 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; Pyxis also used on unit 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10, 0630-1700; call requirement of 1 night weekly and every 4th weekend; weekends consist of Fri 5p-Mon 6:30a 8. RTO: RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite; any call-offs or additional RTO could result in a cancel and DNR; one pre-approved RTO noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted; rate difference applies; first-time travelers accepted if experienced 11. Background: Not specified 12. Skills required include 3D imaging, angioplasty, carotid angiography, fluoroscopy, interventional radiology, thrombectomy, sterile technique, and additional vascular procedures. Community Hospital and Trauma Level II experience required. Patient ratio is 1:1.
