- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required (HARD STOP); VMS also lists 1 year minimum 2. Cases: Abdomen, Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Brain, Breast, Cervical, Chest, Diffusion (non-brain), Face/soft tissue neck, Gradient Echo Imaging, Image post-processing, Lumbar, Multiplanar reconstruction, Perfusion; scanner is one GE unit serving Outpatient, Inpatient, and ER 3. Certifications: ARRT (MR) and ARRT R required; BLS required 4. License: No pending state licenses accepted; absolutely no license hits — immediate rejection if submitted with one 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred; charting system experience listed as preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 nights; float required within scope and potentially to other Integris facilities up to 75 miles; no block scheduling; no travel pairs 8. RTO: Maximum 5 days per 13-week contract; NO holiday RTO accepted at all; violations escalated to Submittal Excellence/Team Lead 9. Returning Staff: Must have minimum 1 year separation from Integris as an employee prior to submission; only 1 submittal allowed per traveler across all Integris campuses 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals not accepted; address must be greater than 75 miles from facility; current valid DL or state-issued ID AND utility bill in traveler's name with matching address within last 3 months required; accepted documents include cell phone bill, electric/gas/water/sewer/Wi-Fi bill, mortgage statement, or lease agreement 11.
