- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; will accept first time traveler if they have 2-3 years experience 2. Cases: Not specified 3. Certifications: ARRT R, BLS, NH license required; ACLS, ARRT CI, ARRT VI preferred; only AHA and Red Cross certs accepted 4. License: Valid NH state license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 7:30a-4p, flex to 4x10s as needed; 2 weeknights call and every 2nd-3rd weekend; every other weekend required 8. RTO: Include upon submission 9. Returning Staff: Former staff not accepted for any travel roles regardless of time separated 10. Travel/Local: Travelers within 50 miles receive $15 rate decrease 11. Background: License hits or background hits need facility approval prior to offer 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Will accept first time traveler if they have 2-3 years experience 14. Scrubs: Provided 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16.
