- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum required; first-timers accepted 2. Cases: All potential Med Surg diagnoses 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and NIHSS noted with asterisks 4. License: GA or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend; no call requirements; 1:6 patient ratio days/nights/weekends 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract; must be finalized at submission; no post-offer requests; Spring Break blackout April 4th-12th 9. Returning Staff: Internal staff must be away from all Piedmont facilities for 1 full year; return travelers must complete one assignment outside Piedmont if cancelled or DNR 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
