- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required (HARD STOP); 2 years Current Critical Care, Telemetry experience 2. Cases: Not specified 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, EKG Course/Telemetry test, NIHSS required 4. License: No pending state license accepted; absolutely no license hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights 7p-7a; 6 weekend shifts in 6-week schedule; floating required within scope and to sister facilities up to 75 miles 8. RTO: Maximum 5 days per 13 weeks; NO HOLIDAY RTO at all 9. Returning Staff: Minimum 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as employee required 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile minimum; locals NOT eligible; address must be greater than 75 miles from facility 11. Background: Driver's license must be included with submission; utility bill in traveler's name required 12. Modules: 2-8 hours average; Non-Clinical hours billable, Clinical hours non-billable; completed during orientation 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15.
