Qualifications:

- Required certification: Rad Tech - Interventional Radiology
- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; may consider 1+ year if candidate has Level I or Level II trauma experience 2. Cases: Vascular interventional procedures including abdominal aortograms with runoff, fistulagrams, carotid angios, EVARs; must operate fluoroscopy and c-arm 3. Certifications: ARRT certification, BLS certification; must be graduate of accredited radiography program 4. License: Ohio Department of Health radiologic license required (pending accepted, 24-48 hours to obtain) 5. Education: High school diploma/GED; graduate of accredited radiography program 6. EMR: Epic/CareConnect EMR; PenVasc reporting software 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 day shifts (0645-1515); split 1/4 of monthly call hours including weekends; rotate every 4 weekends; every other holiday 8. RTO: No more than 5 days approved 9. Returning Staff: If worked at OhioHealth facility as staff, must be gone 366 days prior to being considered as traveler; PRN cannot accept travel position and work both 10. Travel/Local: Permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from OhioHealth Grant, 111 S Grant Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43215 11. Background: Must note any background hits on profile and submission 12. Modules: 12 hours average, non-billable, completed pre-start, factored in NBO, recorded by manager in Kronos 13. Travel Experience: Not required 14. Scrubs: Surgical scrubs provided 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Philips Epiq 7G, Parks Flo-Lab 2100SX Critical: Labs must be completed within 72 hours of signing. More than one call off or NCNS grounds for termination. Travelers first to float. Level I or Level II trauma experience preferred.
