- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: NICU II, NICU III, NICU IV, Level 1 Nursery, High Risk Deliveries, neonates 34 weeks 3. Certifications: BLS, NRP, STABLE required 4. License: Kansas and Missouri licenses or compact required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required/preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Two 12hr call shifts per 6 week schedule; 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule (Friday and/or Saturday night) AND 2 Sunday nights per 6-week schedule 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ must be sent for approval along with any holiday RTO) 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates accepted within 75 mile radius 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 10-15 hours due Monday 1 week prior to start; 3 hours pre-start EMR modules (non-billable); Infusion Pump and Glucometer training due Sunday prior to start date 13.
