Requirements

Experience: 2 years required; strong OR experience needed; large hospital experience required; must have experience in OR, Fluoroscopy, Portables, Level II Trauma, Endoscopy, IP/OP 2. Cases: OR, Fluoroscopy, Portables, Level II Trauma, Endoscopy, IP/OP required 3. Certifications: BLS required (AHA or Red Cross not specified); ARRT (R) required; must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists 4. License: Ohio Radiologic License (ODH) required; ARRT required; note — licensure section references "any active state RN or compact license," but position-specific notes require OH Radiologic License 5. Education: Graduate of an accredited radiography program required 6. EMR: Epic EMR — EPIC charting experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, 7p-7:30a, Sunday/Monday/Tuesday block schedule; every other holiday; no call; every other weekend required 8. RTO: Max 10 days per contract; no RTO during initial weeks of assignment; one pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Must have 366-day separation from OhioHealth employment before returning as a traveler; PRN employees may not accept travel assignments while actively employed PRN 10. Travel/Local: Permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from OhioHealth Grant Medical Center, 111 S Grant Ave, Columbus, OH 43215 11. Background: Not specified 12.
