Cases: Ortho, Neuro, General, XI/DV5 Robot, and Trauma experience required; extensive surgical case list including Da Vinci Xi Robotic Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, Craniotomy, Trauma, Bariatric, Urology, Cardio-Thoracic, Kidney Transplant, and Organ Procurement 3. Certifications: ACLS (required), BLS (required), CNOR (required); certification format not specified in notes 4. License: Compact license must be in hand at time of submission; facility does not accept Nursys hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Block schedule required; weekends required (Friday, Saturday, Sunday); 12-hour shifts; no on-call required; no floating between units; patient ratio 1:1; 48 hours not approved 8. RTO: 7 days offered; anything beyond 7 days requires client approval; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day); all RTO must be requested upfront at submission; post-submittal RTO may not be granted; inflexibility may lead to termination and DNR 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose any prior work at a Providence facility (location and dates); can only submit to 1 Providence facility at a time 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; locals accepted at lower bill rate; bill rate is firm; travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby; refusal to float may result in termination or forfeiture of guaranteed hours 11.
