- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1+ years required for submission 2. Cases: Polysomnography study, Titration, BiLevel, SPLIT study; case load of 2 3. Certifications: BLS required; RPSGT or RST certification required; if RRT, SDS certification preferred; all certifications required at time of submission 4. License: Active NJ Sleep License required; will consider sleep techs towards the end of the process (takes 6-8 weeks); Active NJ or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 7p-8a, 3 shifts/week, 37.5 hours/week; every other weekend required; floating within skillset required, no exceptions 8. RTO: Must be included with submission; screenshot of candidate confirming RTO schedule required; requests with less than 7 days of RTO and no holiday time off will be prioritized; RTO requested after offer will NOT be accommodated; must be available to work 2 of 3 holidays 9. Returning Staff: RWJBH staff (full time or PRN) must be gone from the RWJBH health system a minimum of 1 year before eligible to return for travel assignments 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at the same rate 11. Background: Open/active background hits and/or license hits NOT accepted; any international work history or permanent residency MUST be disclosed 12. Modules: Non-billable; 4 hours of Epic training and up to 18 hours of additional hours; Allied average 1 hour of non-billable modules; completed pre-start and annually 13. Travel Experience: First time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Grey 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Natus software for data collection Critical: Labs must be completed within 48 hours of signing. Maximum of 3 submissions per candidate per facility. References required.
