Requirements
- Required certification: Physical Therapist
- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum required 2. Cases: Outpatient clinic cases including ankle sprains, cervicalgia, degenerative disc disease, frozen shoulder, gait training, hip fractures/injuries, knee injuries, low back pain, osteoarthritis, post-op surgeries, total joint replacements 3. Certifications: BLS required; only AHA and Red Cross certifications accepted; Graston Cert. OP PT preferred 4. License: Valid New Hampshire state license required; graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy 5. Education: Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy required 6. EMR: Epic charting experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Mon 7:00AM-5:30PM, Tues/Thurs 8:30AM-7:30PM, Fri 7:00AM-4:30PM; no call, float, or weekends 8. RTO: Include upon submission 9. Returning Staff: Former staff not accepted for any travel roles regardless of time separated 10. Travel/Local: Local travelers within 50 miles accepted at reduced rate ($15 reduction) 11. Background: License hits or background hits need facility approval prior to offer 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Yes, depending on experience 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15.
