- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; must include current Critical Care and Telemetry experience 2. Cases: Critical Care, Telemetry; patient diagnoses include all disease processes, vent/trach long-term vents, cath lab patients, amputees; cardiac drips performed on unit 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; EKG Course/Telemetry test required 4. License: Pending State License not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required (preferred per job requirements section) 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights; float within scope if needed; float to sister facilities if needed; no block schedule; weekend coverage required; patient ratio 4:1 days, nights, and weekends 8. RTO: No more than 5 days of RTO accepted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals not accepted; address must be greater than 75 miles from contracted facility; valid DL or state-issued ID and utility bill with matching address within last 3 months required and must be included with submission 11.
