- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required plus 1 year of travel experience 2. Cases: Current Critical Care, Telemetry experience required 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, EKG Course/Telemetry test, NIHSS required 4. License: No pending state licenses accepted; absolutely no license hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 nights; floating required within scope and to sister facilities up to 75 miles 8. RTO: Maximum 5 days per 13 weeks; no holiday RTO allowed 9. Returning Staff: Must have minimum 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as employee 10. Travel/Local: Must be greater than 75 miles from facility; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 2-8 hours average; non-clinical hours billable, clinical hours non-billable; completed during orientation 13. Travel Experience: Required - first-timers not accepted 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - medical/religious exemptions only 16.
