- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of Oncology experience required; 1 year of Ambulatory Infusion experience required 2. Cases: Adult Hematology and general medical oncology; patient education and care coordination; infusion center 3. Certifications: BLS required; Chemo Cert (ONS/ONCC) required; OCN preferred; copies required at submission; must be traditional AHA — RQI not accepted 4. License: Valid State License preferred at time of submission; no background or license hits accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required to submit; Relias exams required with a score of 85% or higher 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days, 07:00-17:30, Monday-Sunday variable; some weekend commitments (generally 4-5 per contract); no call 8. RTO: Must be provided upfront; no more than 2 weeks; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 6+ months before returning 10. Travel/Local: May float to five clinic locations (Beaverton, NW Portland, Gresham, East Portland, Tualatin); locals accepted at same rates 11.
