Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Travel experience required; no first-time travelers accepted; outpatient clinic and acute care experience required 2. Cases: Outpatient and acute care; primarily outpatient; monthly weekend coverage in acute setting 3. Certifications: BLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (ARRT(R) also listed) 4. License: Virginia Physical Therapy license required; does not need to be in hand at submittal, can apply immediately upon offer 5. Education: DPT or Master's degree required 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s, Monday-Friday, 9:00a-5:30p; weekend coverage once per month (acute setting); facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks; may be required to work one holiday per 13-week contract (in rotation with staff) 8. RTO: ALL requests must be included with the submission 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted; radius rule criteria referenced in submittal instructions 11.
