- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required for submission; patient ratio experience of 1:6 2. Cases: Cardiac Telemetry, ER Holding, PCU-level patients, Med/Surg patients awaiting inpatient bed assignment; Trauma Level I and II experience preferred 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; CPI noted 4. License: Active Virginia State or Compact RN license required; pending license accepted only if candidate holds a single-state license from a non-compact state 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, 6:45a-7:15p; may be EOW or 6 weekend shifts per 6-week block; must work one holiday per 13-week contract; facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks; float required within skillset 8. RTO: ALL RTO, block, and special scheduling requests must be included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
