- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of experience as an RRT in Adult Critical Care and NICU required 2. Cases: Adult Critical Care and NICU; must be able to float between adult and neonatal patient populations; ED experience preferred; airway management, mechanical ventilation, ABG interpretation, pulmonary hygiene, and high-risk delivery assistance included 3. Certifications: BLS required; CRT required; RRT required; ACLS preferred; NRP required; PALS preferred; all listed as required or preferred per skills grid 4. License: MD State licensure required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights; no on-call requirement; every other weekend required; holiday coverage expected for Memorial Day (5/25/26), Independence Day (7/4/26), and Labor Day (9/7/26) 8.
