Cases: Cardiopulmonary, Geriatrics, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology; home skilled visits — 6-8 per day (minimum 6 points per day; manager may increase by 1 point at discretion) 3. Certifications: BLS required; state licensed 4. License: Valid state license required; valid driver's license required for home visits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: BayCare Forms, BayCare Scheduling, Ace Timesheet documentation system; charting system experience preferred; OASIS training preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Every 3rd weekend required; visits and hours are self-scheduled based on HomeCare office needs 8. RTO: Two pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
