- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required; first-time travelers not accepted 2. Cases: Diagnostic cath, PCI, orbital atherectomy, IABP, Impella, device implants; no EP studies, no ablations; daily caseload of 5-10; patient population is adults to geriatrics 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and RCIS, RCES, or ARRT CV required; must have experience with GE Discovery, IABP, Impella, and CSI 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; Pyxis and SBAR also used; Merge preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 10 call days per month; every other weekend unless otherwise specified; floating within department, facility, and possibility to float to sister campus Piedmont Eastside South; holiday policy — if one major holiday falls in assignment, traveler works it; if two fall in assignment, traveler works both; if three fall in assignment, traveler works two; major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Years Eve/New Years Day 8.
