Cases: Outpatient clinic; therapist sees approximately 10 patients per day Monday through Thursday and 5 on Friday; sessions scheduled every 45 minutes including evals; no double booking of Medicare patients 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: SC or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist License required at the start of contract 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s, 8:00am to 4:30pm; no weekend requirement; no on-call requirement; holidays possible; facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks 8.
