Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Outpatient clinic experience and Neuro experience preferred; patient diagnoses include CVA, MS, Parkinson's, TBI, SCI, and other neuro diagnoses 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: SC or Multistate Compact PT License required; must be in hand at time of start (pending license not accepted) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Friday; M 8-5, T 8-4, W 8-4, Th 8-5, F 8-2:30; no weekends; no on-call required; facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks (guaranteed hours policy) 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission; approval based on manager's discretion 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile radius rule; locals accepted on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than posted bill rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
