Cases: IV trained and sterile compounding experience required; chemo/hazardous drug handling noted 3. Certifications: PA license ONLY (hard requirement); Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Advanced Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT-Adv); IV Certification; AHA or ARC certifications only accepted 4. License: PA license required and must be in hand prior to submission; no license hits accepted — Hard Stop 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required; charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: M-Th or Tu-F scheduling; weekends N/A; call requirements N/A; holidays as needed 8.
