- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; patient ratio experience of 1:6 2. Cases: Cardiac, Diabetes, CHF, COPD, Renal, General Surgery, and Orthopedics; may take IMCU patients based on census 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI (CPI can be completed prior to start); must be in hand at time of submission 4. License: Active license required at time of submission; Nursys report dated within the past 7 days must be included with submittal 5. Education: Verification required at time of submission for all non-RN specialties (e.g., high school diploma, associate's degree, or bachelor's degree, as applicable) 6. EMR: Meditech preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x12s, Nights, 7p-7:30am; weekends and holidays included; no call; float to like acuities or less as needed; ratio 1:6 8.
