Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required per VMS; at least 1 year of experience as a Surgical Assistant required per notes 2. Cases: Must have experience scrubbing cardiothoracic cases; specialties include Neuro, General/Trauma, Robotics, Ortho, ENT, Vascular, GYN, GI, and Plastics; CVOR skills noted 3. Certifications: BLS, NBSTSA, NCCT required; CSFA or CSA required; ACLS, BLS, and PALS must be through AHA; Allied positions require certifications attached at submittal 4. License: CSA through VDHP required; VA license required in hand at submittal or proof of compact license 5. Education: NIH and stroke education required for RNs at all acute care Riverside Health hospitals 6. EMR: Epic experience required for all acute care hospitals under Riverside Health 7. Shifts/Call: Floating may be requested based on facility needs; call not specified 8. RTO: Keep to a minimum; no requests for a full calendar week off during assignment; no more than 7 days total; all RTO must be in initial submission; no additional RTO approved after offer is given 9.
