Cases: Heart and lung transplants required (screen if no experience); LVAD, Robot Thoracic, CVOR, Trauma, CABG, TAVR, TEVAR, EVAR, VAD, and extensive surgical case experience included in skills list 3. Certifications: BLS required; CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting preferred; Surgical Technologist/Technician competency exam and CORE exams required 4. License: CORE exams allied License/Certification required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Call required — 1 weekday per week and 1 full weekend per 4 weeks; Orientation: 40 hours 8. RTO: Two pre-approved time off slots noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
