Cases: CVOR required; Trauma Level II required; Trauma Level I preferred; Community Hospital preferred; extensive CVOR-related skills listed including CABG, TAVR, VAD, valve repair/replacement, ECMO insertion/decannulation, and others per unit details 3. Certifications: BLS required; NBSTSA or NCCT preferred; copies of certifications required at submission; all certs must be in hand 4. License: Valid state license required; pending license accepted (takes 10-12 weeks); Nursys not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days; on-call required; weekend call coverage required; guaranteed 70 hours per 2 weeks; traveler can be called off for 1 ten-hour shift per 2 weeks 8.
