- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: 3-D Mammography, Diagnostic Mammograms, Fine Needle Aspiration, Needle Localizations, Screening Mammograms, Stereotactic Biopsy, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Inpatient, Outpatient 3. Certifications: BLS and ARRT R required; copies of certifications required at submission 4. License: Valid state license required; pending license accepted (takes 10-12 weeks); SSN and DOB required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required (specific charting experience required) 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8; guaranteed 72 hours per 2 weeks; traveler may be called off for 1 eight-hour shift per 2 weeks; must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year); float within hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; approved on individual basis upon offer 9. Returning Staff: Permanent staff must be separated from Providence for a minimum of 3 months before returning as a traveler; travelers may only work a maximum of 1 calendar year, then must take a minimum 6-month break before returning 10.
