- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; acute preferred 1 year, outpatient 1 year 2. Cases: Hands, CVA, chronic conditions, shoulders 3. Certifications: BLS, Oklahoma OT License required 4. License: Valid Oklahoma or Compact License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC charting experience required 7. Shifts/Call: M-F 8-1630; potential on-call 1 weekend per month for acute care 8. RTO: Max 5 days in 13-week assignment; no holidays; no RTO day before, day of, or day after major holidays; no additional RTO after submission or while working 9. Returning Staff: Must note if previously worked at OSUMC as traveler or permanent employee 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate as travelers; required to float between outpatient and inpatient as needed 11. Background: No background or license hits allowed; zero-fault attendance policy (2 missed shifts = warning, 3+ may result in cancellation) 12. Modules: Required pre-start; non-billable; 3-4 hours average; recorded via transcripts or completion certificates 13. Travel Experience: Yes, travel experience required 14. Scrubs: Varies by unit 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: Must commit to lab work within 48-72 hours of signing.
