Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required; must have Home Health experience 2. Cases: Mostly general weakness, back pain, lots of orthopedic knees; PT does admits, evaluations, reassessments, and discharges mainly 3. Certifications: BLS, DPT required 4. License: State License required; pending licenses considered at submission but must be active prior to start date 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required/preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Days 0800-1630 OR 4x10s if preferred; call required 1 Sunday per 5 weeks 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Previous employees must be separated from facility for at least 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; local candidates accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable; up to 4 hours factored into NBO; completed during orientation via MyPath 13. Travel Experience: Previous travel experience preferred 14.
