Shifts/Call: 5x8 Days 0800-1630 or 4x10s if preferred by traveler; call required 1 Sunday every 5 weeks; every 5th week work Saturday and Sunday for admits and take 2 days off during the week 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Covers 13 counties (Andrew, Atchison, Buchanan, Clay, Clinton, Daviess, Dekalb, Gentry, Harrison, Holt, Platte, and Worth); locals accepted at same rate; when mileage and travel time are high, fewer patients are seen that day 11.
