- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Strong spine/neuro, comprehensive memory care and multiple diagnosis experience required 3. Certifications: State OT license, NBCOT, BLS required; AHA ONLY for BLS; CPI Certificate required for most units 4. License: Must have active MD or Compact License at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s Days (0730-1600); every third Saturday required; no on-call; may float within specialty 8. RTO: Max 7 days can be requested; if more than 4 consecutive days, additional week added to back end; one major holiday off during winter season 9. Returning Staff: Former staff must be gone for 12 months before returning as traveler; return travelers must be away at least 6 months 10. Travel/Local: Locals under 50 miles not accepted unless specifically stated; locals accepted at local rate with AM assistance 11. Background: Not specified 12.
