- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: All levels of spinal cord injury/disorders and any neurological disorder or disorder with similar presentation 3. Certifications: MD license, BLS required (AHA ONLY); CPI Certificate required for most units; NRP or AAP accepted 4. License: Must have active MD or Compact License at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: PT-Inpt Rehab Days 40H; one weekend per month required; no floating; no on-call; holidays required as scheduled 8. RTO: Max 7 days can be requested; if more than 4 consecutive days, additional week added to back end on new contracts; one major holiday off allowed during winter season 9. Returning Staff: Former staff must be gone 12 months before returning as traveler; return travelers must be away 6 months from system after assignment completion 10. Travel/Local: Locals under 50 miles not accepted unless specifically stated; locals accepted at local rate with AM assistance 11. Background: Not specified 12.
