- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: All levels of spinal cord injury/disorders and any neurological disorder or disorder with similar presentation 3. Certifications: BLS required (AHA ONLY); CPI Certificate required for compliance (Calm Every Storm online version is the only acceptable online vendor); NRP or AAP accepted 4. License: Active MD or Compact License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Days, 40 hours; block scheduling; one weekend per month required; holidays required as they fall; no floating; no on-call 8. RTO: Max 7 days can be requested; if more than 4 consecutive days, an additional week must be added to the back end on new contracts; one major holiday off during winter season may be allowed 9.
